Starting today, I will start a healthy eating lifestyle, with
lot's of exercise. I am hoping to lose at least 15 pounds, and at the same time, adapt a healthy lifestyle. I will document my everyday eating, and even some healthy recipes!
Every week, I will post my results, and share with you my thoughts/ideas.

Good luck! I am on the same route! If you have an Iphone there is an app called loose it, it helps you documents the food intake by calories and exercise I highly recommend it!
