Day 1

Yesterday I decided that it was just about that time to get started on my fitness. I felt that I have prolonged it enough! I decided to join Weight Watcher's! I joined Weight Watcher's about a year and half ago, and had great results! I lost 15 pounds! Unfortunately I half of it back, but that was completely my fault. So now I am getting back on track!


Yesterday I decided to hit to grocery store, and stock up on healthy items! I also hit up the gym! I had a great workout session, and will be doing the same later today! So far so good! I will keep you posted on my Day 2 :)
