I started but never gone through with all levels. I've heard it's challenging but she is great, I love her too. If you do it, keep us updated on your progress. One piece of advice, do measurements on yourself before. I've read about a lot of ladies that do this DVD that don't shed pounds per say but def. trim the waistline, etc.
I want to try this, but my problem is i can not work out to workout videos??! I've done slim in 6 and never completed it! I learned all the exercise movements but HATED doing them while watching. So instead i would do my cardio and then proceed to the exercises I learned from the videos! ugh let me know how it goes for you...i might just join the bandwagon
Caitlin at Healthy Tipping Point did a great post on it. I started, but it can be pretty painful at times. Caitlin has some actual numbers for measurements that helped me see that it really works.
