Congrats on 100!! I love anything sweet potato as well as some pumpkin pie. I know this recipe was done last year at our Thanksgiving dinner and it was a hit: http://www.recipezaar.com/Orange-Glazed-Sweet-Potatoes-86439

here is my favorite thanksgiving recipe:http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/apple-pecan-cheesecake-94523.aspx

Ive made it like three years in a row. Now, instead of chopping the apples and putting them on top of the cheesecake, first I carmalize them on a skillet with sugar and then i put it on the cheesecake along with the pecans. Then i sprinkle a brown sugar on the top. Also, i use a variety of apples, granny smiths and the golden delicious.
